"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to the amendment. I support it because it is important to use Government resources in a prudent manner. It will not be right to give money to the Senate for the sake of it. There must be structures. Even when the 47 County Women Representatives were looking for resources to do some work on the ground, they had to go through due diligence and put everything in place. I support the amendment. However, I would like to make it very clear that I was not able to vote today, unfortunately. I tried my best. I was seeing my doctor and it took me a long time.
