    "content": "From the proposed reductions, I would suggest that we allocate more money to the NIB since we are still doing reallocation of funds. I am told that there is a problem with the management. I hope the Ministry and the Cabinet Secretary of Water and Irrigation will solve that problem as soon as possible. That programme is important and has to continue. It is a major flagship project of our good brothers in the Jubilee Government.
