    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, through you, I want to protest because the Budget Office technical staff should have been here. That is their work. When we are dealing with other Bills, the Legal Department teams are here. Members were asking me questions and I kept asking Hon. Bowen to check if there was anybody from the Budget Office. The Budget Office should have been here. I also want to protest that the National Treasury technical team should also have been here. I want to go on record that those two groups should have been here. You can direct the Budget Office. I will write to the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury to ask why his team is not here because these are Government issues and we need to do more consultations."
