There is no nation or society that makes any marked progress if it continues to block and prevent a critical mass of its population from contributing to the leadership of their country. I am shocked, petrified and disappointed. I want to urge my honourable colleagues that we have debated this Bill and expressed support for it. Let us demonstrate that we not only talk the talk, but also walk the talk by voting for this Bill today. Let us end this drama and any attempt to poison this House. I support this Bill and I want to urge this House to support it."
