Members of Parliament have already made up their minds on exactly what they want to do with regard to the Bill this afternoon. I join my colleague, Hon. Gumbo, to say that what FIDA did is not right. The SMS from the KNCHR is better because they were lobbying. They urge Members to vote for the Bill because of the obvious reason that this is a constitutional right. We have to make sure that it is done because the Constitution requires so. With those few remarks, I support the sentiments of Hon. Gumbo."
