    "content": "Bill once it is passed. It is believed that miraa has medicinal value and no research has proved that it is a drug. I want to thank the President for finding it necessary to assent to that Bill so that more can be done to protect miraa which is the source of livelihoods of the people of Nyambene especially in Igembe. This Bill is timely. I support."
