It is not only eye-opening, but it is also very encouraging to know that our Parliament is making such great leaps in very sensitive areas such as biodiversity that affects such an important part of our environment. This is a very important Bill. I would like to add a few comments on the Bill. This Bill protects Kenyans against misuse of resources. Any unauthorised exploitation is a criminal act.
