    "content": "The reason I am happy with this Bill is that it expands the mandate of that research centre. But, above all, it establishes an advisory committee that will help us as a country know how to use--- Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you may be privy to the debate on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). I have never considered GMOs to be something bad. It is because we do not use research in our country and, therefore, we think that anybody who does research and produces GMOs products is doing something bad."
