    "content": "That kind of institution should help us to harness traditional knowledge and apply it industrially so that we develop. We cannot develop by importing everything. If our busaa is the best thing we have in the country to help the lowest earners, let us see how we can produce it industrially. If our millet and sorghum are the best and do well in our gardens, let us get a way of producing them industrially, so that they can be used. Nowadays, if you go to restaurants, you will be shocked at how many Kenyans are looking for kienyeji vegetables. People are becoming aware that those are healthier vegetables than the exotic ones. The centre is supposed to help us to continue to develop and move on with it."
