On behalf of the people of Sigowet/Soin Constituency, I condole with the family of former President Kibaki, the people of Nyeri and, indeed, the whole nation of Kenya. Mama Lucy Kibaki was a great personality and the contribution that she made in the society was immense. In particular, was her contribution to the education of the girl-child, the under-privileged and the weak in the society. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
