    "content": "Order, Members! Take your seats so that we can proceed. Hon. Mary Emaase, just take a seat. I have read the Petition presented by Hon. Akujah. It raises issues of prudence in the management of public resources. More particularly, the prayer sought seems to fall under the provisions of Standing Order No.206 (6), which gives the functions of the Public Investments Committee as being, inter alia, to examine, in the context of the autonomy and efficiency of the public investments, whether the affairs of the public investments are being managed in accordance with sound financial or business principles and prudent commercial practices. Among other things, this Petition seeks to raise issues of audits. Before I decide where to refer this matter to, I may wish to know from the Chair of the PIC whether there are any audit issues that touch on this particular entity, so that we do not mix the mandate of both the Departmental Committee and the Select Committee, namely, PIC. Let us have Hon. Keynan."
