"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, as you talk to the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communication and Information, I am the owner of the Bill. I also have to be asked. It is now the second or third time that this Bill is being withdrawn because of more consultations. Let me tell the Chair of the Committee that we are giving him the final time. It should be on the Order Paper next week on Tuesday. Therefore, either he or his Vice-Chair should be here on Tuesday because we shall be going for recess next week on Thursday.
