I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1)— (i) in paragraph (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (iv)— “(v) the National Intelligence Service.” (ii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e)— “(f) one member nominated by the Kenya Private Sector Alliance.” (b) in sub clause (2) in paragraphs (a) and (b) by deleting the expression “subsection (2)” and substituting therefor the expression “subsection (1)” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
