This Bill seeks to look at security matters in the private sector holistically. Therefore, it is important to bring all stakeholders, particularly those who contribute greatly like NIS. It is also important to have members who are nominated by the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) as stakeholders so that, when key decisions are made, they contribute."
