    "content": "I am concerned that we have very many proposed amendments by Members who are not present. I remember when we were doing the Community Land Bill, there was a whole barrage of amendments by Hon. Tiyah Galgalo and she was not present. If you look at these amendments, they are actually useful. What is really happening? Do Hon. Members know or are they informed, especially those who bring these amendments? I know tracking Bills is not an easy job in this Parliament. I think we need to address this issue."
