By the time it was brought to this House, the Committee had looked at it thoroughly. Members are raising some things which should go to the regulation of the Bill. Not everything can be legislated here. Some things will be covered by regulations. For example, under what circumstances can the State withdraw your firearm licence? Those are some regulation issues which the Departmental Committee Chair should consider."
