    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I call upon my colleagues to support this amendment because it has gone through scrutiny by the Committee. I remember we even met members of the Private Sector Alliance. Let us not be suspicious that some people will use it to deny others that privilege of getting a licence. Let us support it and if there are issues, they can be taken to the regulations and we can fine tune the issue to suit the interests of those who are opposing. So, Hon. Members, let us support it."
