    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 30(2)(e). I am proposing this amendment because this is subject to abuse. We have already specified the qualifications in Clause 26. This person must have undergone some prior training. So, this person is just applying for a licence. You have qualified earlier on. So, in my view, this becomes redundant and is also subject to abuse. I am proposing that it be deleted."
