    "content": "I do not know how you will be able to handle that aspect. Therefore, I want to reemphasize what is captured on page 69, Clause 13 where it says that the tribunal shall not be bound by strict rules of evidence, but shall be guided by the rules of natural justice and relevance. I would like that particular clause to be expanded by the tribunal itself, so that we can make it as simple as possible in order to dispense justice expeditiously."
