    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (1) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (d)— “(e) the licensee is or has engaged in acts prejudicial to national security or national interests.” The import of this amendment is to raise the threshold and to provide an additional ground for cancellation of a licence in order to safeguard national security and interests. It is quite straightforward."
