    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 46 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (3) by inserting the words “in addition to cancellation of license” immediately after the words “commits an offence and shall”. This is to provide for the cancellation of a licence where an offence has been committed. It is to prevent further harm to citizens. It is also to ensure that the fundamental rights of persons as safeguarded by the security services provider or a security guard are upheld. I plead with Members to support this because it will enable us rein in on criminals who have committed criminal acts and intend to harm citizens. It will also take care of issues of fundamental rights of our citizens."
