    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the amendment although I am a little worried. When police officers are exercising the power of arrest, they are allowed to use some reasonable force. That force is at times necessary when effecting arrest. In this, we are hobbling up these officers or the people we are giving powers of arrest with limitation on fundamental rights. We are giving on one hand and taking on the other. However, the principle is well supported."
