    "content": "The import of this amendment is to enable a national security organ, the Inspector General of the National Police Service or the Cabinet Secretary to use information obtained by private security service to promote national security. When these security providers are employed, we can get a lot of information from them for comparative intelligence, so that we can use it to secure our country. I want to plead that we support it.
