    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to support this very critical amendment. I have been a victim. You are driving on a road and you find a roadblock somewhere manned by people who have uniforms similar to those of police officers. You stop only to realise that they are thugs. It is very important. The offence should have a higher penalty because this is something which has been going on. These private security firms must be warned that their uniforms should be totally different from those of officers in the police force."
