    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this very important amendment. It is, indeed, in line with Article 118 of the Constitution which talks about public participation. In this case, we are looking at the critical key stakeholders. As it says, it is the shoe wearer who knows where it pinches. So, I totally agree with Hon. Ottichilo that as these regulations are brought in, they should include these critical people; the key providers."
