    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. One argument that has been given by the Chair of the Committee is that we are about to reach the threshold of the UN. That argument is not desirable because for us to fill all vacancies in Government, it will be expensive on the taxpayer. So, it makes sense for us to privatise some services and in my opinion, this is one of the areas that private sector can play a good part.
