Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I do not know whether I am growing old or rusty but I do not know when we started amending this law unless I did not get the amendment well since it is not reduced into paper. The Private Security Regulation Bill is not an amendment Bill. I do not think it is in order to amend the National Police Service Bill through the Private Security Regulation Bill. I do not know whether I am rusty or confused. I have just come from Mbita so you might excuse me."
