    "content": "I am not amending the wrong Act. You can amend any legislation using an amendment of another legislation. The Standing Orders do not prevent that. I have read the Standing Orders and we have done this in all the other Bills. I have moved those amendments before as the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. Hon.
