    "content": "In fact, I am not bothered about retention of monies that could be raised by the judiciary. Why? Every other Ministry sometimes also retains some money, so long as when the Budget is being done, the Treasury knows how much you retained and how much to add. It becomes part of the Consolidated Fund. However, it becomes available to the Judiciary to use it as they proceed with administration of justice."
