    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I think we have moved an edge near where we are going as a country in so far as private security is concerned. It is a key component in complementing the work done by our security agencies in this country. I am praying for the time when we will put stringent measures where those firms that have developed proper monitoring shall be allowed to have their people hold guns and assist our security persons, as it happens in Uganda. Our country is far from that but this is a good step ahead. It is what Hon. Gumo fought for on the streets. We have succeeded in the House. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
