    "content": "For the first time, I am happy that even the welfare of those who work as private security guards is catered for in this Bill. We have seen several guards die because of pneumonia. They work at night and yet their security firms do not take care of their welfare. With this Bill, their welfare is catered for; their tools and protective clothes are catered for. They are going to work in a more effective way in supplementing security in our country. I support."
