    "content": "It is common knowledge that an MCA represents a ward, a Member of the National Assembly represents a constituency and constituencies make counties. In all the counties, some of these Senators championed the interests of the citizens before the 2013 General Elections and everybody knew that after those elections, the Senators would champion the interests of the counties. However, we have realized that there are some hidden powers in the current Constitution that we need to remove from the “Lower House” if we have to safeguard devolution."
