    "content": "As reported in the newspapers today, we have millionaires in the counties. I am not sure whether it is in Vihiga or Kakamega County. It was reported that a County Executive Committee Member (CEC) said that he did not disappear with Kshs2 billion alone. This money could not be accounted for last year. He is being investigated. Kshs2 million is not the same as Kshs2 million. We are no longer talking about millionaires but billionaires in the village."
