    "content": "There is also the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) which I discovered that it has a new name. Our colleagues in the National Assembly have quickly covered it using a strange name; National Government Fund (CDF) so that they can circumvent the Constitution. It is now a national fund. They do not want it to be called CDF because that was overtaken by new laws. It is supposed to become county funds so that Members of the National Assembly and Senators could play the oversight role. They would have also been given oversight funds to oversight work in their constituency. They rejected this and attached themselves to the National Fund."
