(Dr.) Khalwale said: “Had they gone to the offices.” My understanding is that if they went in and did gymnastics they would be probably judged otherwise, but they never accessed the offices. He is just saying what could have happened, had they gone to those offices. To my knowledge, they never went past the gates."
