    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. Are Sen. Hassan and Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale in order to mislead this country that the exercise of the fundamental freedom to picket is part of the various rights and fundamental freedoms that are not subject to limitation while Article 25 of the Constitution clearly indicates those particular freedoms that cannot be limited and picketing is not one of them? That means you must picket in a manner provided for under the Constitution. If you want to inject pressure to eject members of constitutional offices, the same Constitution has provided avenues for that. Picketing is not one of those fundamental freedoms under Article 25 of the Constitution."
