In some other informal conversations with some of them, one of them – the one who told me is here in this House today, listening to me –told me that they are merely going through this so that they can drag the possibility of reviewing the Constitution, so that the question of whether we should amend articles of this Constitution or not should be put to the public on the day of the general elections on 8th August, 2017."
