This is because we received this Question last evening at around 6.30 p.m. As you can see, under part (b), Mr. Cheruiyot needs an account of the loss of human life and livestock as a result of the increased insecurity since 2003. So, I need to send some officers to Kuresoi to ascertain the number of livestock stolen and if there has been any loss of life. So, I would be comfortable to answer it on Wednesday next week."
