It is on that basis that the populace saw them as senior politicians befitting the honour of sitting in this House. Sometimes I wonder whether someone put something in their drink when they were making the final decision in Naivasha. I hear that it is in Naivasha that the decision to water down the powers of the Senate was arrived at."
