This is the effort which I have seen from devoted Senators when they stood and fought for their counties when they worked on the Division of Revenue Bill in ensuring that their counties are adequately resourced and financed, to ensure that services are delivered to the people that they represent. I know that we had a lot of back and forth in ensuring that we have a formula that does not leave any other part of this country marginalized."
