"content": "West Pokot to be given more money. Today, West Pokot has the highest birth rate in Kenya. We should be leading in the number of deliveries. Instead, they have assigned that number to Kiambu, Nakuru and Nairobi. According to the data at the Kenya Bureau of Statistics, West Pokot is leading. Therefore, the number of deliveries must be more, hence more money. Where did CRA or whoever gave this number of deliveries get this? They should get it directly from this authority, which has just declared that West Pokot should be monitored, we are increasing too fast in number. Secondly, it also says that we are leading in malnutrition. This means that when one has too many children, they are unable to feed them; they compete for the little food. That means higher deliveries in the area as well. That should be captured properly."
