    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I also want to echo the sentiments that have been put forth by my colleagues that money cannot get to the county if the Senator does not approve or vote for this County Allocation of Revenue Bill. As you sometimes put it, when you come to Nairobi to legislate and represent the people of your county, you are like someone who goes to shake a tree so that the fruits can fall down. Today through this Bill, we are shaking this tree so that our respective counties can get their fair share of revenue allocated to them from the nationally generated revenues."
