    "content": "On a point of order, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise once more to seek your indulgence. As you will remember, two weeks ago, I sought your indulgence over the implementation status of a committee report of the 10th Parliament. This was about the recommendations of that Committee on the Nasewa Nucleus Land. Up to-date, nothing has been done regarding your directive to the Committee on Implementation. Last year, I requested for a Statement from the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, Hon. Nkaissery. He appeared before a Committee of Parliament and assured us that he was going to provide--- In fact, he called the Inspector-General (IG) of Police and told him that he was going to give a patrol vehicle to Matayos Division in a week’s time. From 28th July, 2015 to date, Matayos Division does not have a patrol vehicle. As such, insecurity has risen in the recent past and very many people have been killed by criminals using boda bodas ."
