However, he is not categorical on what kind of plans are in place, the budgetary allocations and the designs of the buildings. Since he has accepted that there is a problem and challenges that they face, could he for the time being relocate the two directors who are in Ardhi House and accommodate them in Ruaraka or get the Survey Department to Ardhi House because it is a big building?"
