    "content": "I was not in the House last time when this issue was raised but I am aware that the Chair of the Committee on Health, Sen. (Dr.) Kuti, spent part of his weekend addressing this issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to report to the House the results of these efforts. I really do not have much to report because this is an effort that the Chairman was making before bringing it to the Committee for discussion."
