    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the issue of discrimination has already been addressed in the Constitution. Therefore, it is a question of how few apply the Constitution and apply the Articles to bring into effect the issue of avoidance of discrimination. Article 7(1) is very clear that the national language is Kiswahili. Article 7(2) says that the official languages are English and Kiswahili. Article 7(3)(b) states that:- “(3) The State shall— ( b ) promote the development and use of indigenous languages,Kenyan Sign language, Braille and other communication formats and technologies accessible to persons with disabilities.”"
