    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill. I will not belabour what many of my colleagues have said. I just want to add my contribution by saying that this is a very important Bill for us as a country. It is one that breaths life to what is in our Constitution. It is something that majority of Kenyans passed when we all passed the Constitution in 2010. I just have a rider. I believe we have very many beautiful laws, recommendations and issues that we deliberate on but as a country, we have to be serious about this one. We have to live by it because it is in our Constitution. This law should bind all of us to make sure that we take care of people living with disability.
