"content": "that is why we requested the Cabinet Secretary to be in the House. Why do we have to push it to 25th May, 2016 and no valid reasons have been given? This is a current issue that has been exercising the minds and thoughts of many Kenyans. Therefore, if we do not get quick answers, there could be some people suffering in camps as IDPs and in villages as integrated IDPs. Would it not be proper for this House to get the reasons a meeting that had been publicized, scheduled, and which Senators were ready to come for, has been pushed to such a future date without any clear grounds?"
