    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we can convince Hon. Emanikor who was not here last week when we were dealing with the Energy Bill. We can build consensus. That provision is provided for in the Energy Bill as has just been read by the Chairman. So, instead of putting it to the vote I can confirm that she can withdraw. That is how we want to work. I cannot oppose Hon. Emanikor’s amendment."
