Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 12 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (h) ─ “(hh) a representative of the Council of Governors.” This amendment seeks to include the representative of the Council of Governors (CoG) in the National Upstream Petroleum Advisory Committee whose key role is to advise the CS on upstream petroleum operations. The CoG will nominate one person to sit in that Committee. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
